All cancellations MUST be submitted more than 24 hours in advance in order to avoid loss of pre-paid session and/or conversion to digital workout (see Accountability Package). Cancellation under 24 hours will result in the loss of a scheduled session with no refund option available. For example, if a client has purchased a 4-session bundle and has to cancel their upcoming 2nd session in less than 24 hours. Their next scheduled session will be considered their 3rd session. If the client has purchased the Accountability Package, a cancellation under 24 hours will be converted to a digital workout and count as a normal pre-paid session.
