I learned so much from these sessions over the last few weeks. We focused not only on strength training but also understanding why we do certain movements and what muscles are being targeted. During my time attending these sessions I’ve noticed a major improvement in my form, strength, and recovery time. I worked with Danny for about 6-7 weeks on a customized workout plan. I could not be happier with the service I received and the results. Danny is extremely knowledgeable, but most importantly to me, he is very empathetic and flexible. Danny is extremely knowledgeable and explains the mechanics behind each exercise. He is also very flexible and focuses on recovery, especially when working around injuries.
